Each piece of tender and flavourful chicken has been carefully marinated in our Three Wood Spicy Sauce, tantalising your taste buds with a sweet, spicy, and peppery aftertaste. Definitely an explosion of flavours that will leave you wanting more!

The deep-fried beancurd roll is the ultimate accompaniment to the spicy chicken, and we strongly suggest that you dip it into the boiling broth and let it steep for one to three seconds, no more than that! You definitely do not want to let it steep for too long, otherwise it will turn way too soggy, but if you like it that way then who are we to stop you? However if you follow our recommended step, then you will be rewarded with a beancurd roll that still retains a slight crispiness to it yet has turned soft and absorbed all the beautiful flavour of the chicken broth.

Our Handy Guide on How to Enjoy the Spicy Chicken Pot:

1. Pour the Spicy Chicken out from the container into a large microwave-safe bowl and heat it up in the microwave for approximately 4-5 minutes. It is now ready to be eaten!

2. Once you have consumed about 1/3 of the Spicy Chicken, you can now pour the Chicken Broth into the bowl, and bring the soup to a roaring boil on a burner. Now you can enjoy your meal hot pot-style! If you do not have a burner at home, then we suggest cooking it on a stove top but please make sure that the bowl you are using is also safe for stove-top cooking. 

3. Once the Chicken Broth has come to a boil, it is now time to add the hot pot trimmings in and start cooking! Cooking suggestions for the accompaniments as follows:

- Deep-fried Beancurd Rolls to be cooked for one to three seconds to maintain its crispy texture
